The room was spacious, had comfortable beds, a kettle, and lots of natural light; the location was convenient, close to the old town accessible by tramway.

I enjoyed being there, the place is modern and functional.

the stay was absolutely really lovely. the hotel was an incredible base for enjoying a busy area, not far from tram links, public transport, and a quiet area. my property room was large and newly furnishedwith a big window and a kitchenette, as for instance. a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were a nice touch.

The room we had included climate control, multi-channel television, and a microwave...

This place is convenient, quiet, and the staff provide excellent service, and it is reasonably priced and close to 2 trams.

Near city transport facilities,own closed parking,small but funcional rooms (studio).brand new with all equipement at rooms.

We did not like a breakfast offer for 10 euro/head ,it must be much better quality and quantity,cofee and croasan are not some thing complete for one real breakfast.

The restaurant was good for meals as presented.

The property was clean and functional. All the staff was friendly. - We had an early check-in. - the hotel's location was practical and quiet. - It was close to the university campus. - It was just off the railway stations and the old town. - Everything was fantastic.

The rooms and colours of the hotel were very stylish, with vibrant colours bringing out the hotel's character. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. They spoke excellent English and were very helpful in aiding me in finding my way to the Champion's League match between Bayern and Lyon. The room had all the amenities one would need, as well as a few extra, like a sink with running water and 2 burners to cook on if need be, spaciousness, a nice mini fridge, and an excellent shower and washroom. All in all, a great experience!

The price was a bit high all thigns considered, and the fact that I had to pay for internet service was unfortunate, I expect the high mark up was a result of the Champion's League match that day.

It offers brand-new rooms with good beds, good sound proofing, for instance, and every member of the staff was amiable

The staff was very helpful and extremely friendly. Greatly enjoyed the studio with excellent black-out curtains. - Particularly good and excellent location to the old town by tramway. Overall, Residence Otelia Affaires & Bien-Etre in Lyon offers a clean environment with a friendly and helpful staff. the studio is enjoyable, equipped with excellent black-out curtains, and conveniently located near the old town via the tramway.

Unfortunately it was not located in a nice neighbourhood. I would not recommend this hotel but only because of it's location.

The surrounding city area is dull, the location is a little too far away from the center.

Convenient, clean, reasonably spacious hotel, the location is good and magnificent close to a railroad. Very very helpful and extremely friendly staff ensures you spend a lovely time here. Overall decent food, plus there is Victoria Hall close by.
